82. The design, installation, replacement, removal and testing of the natural gas supply system of a road vehicle, shall be done in compliance with the Code d’installation du gaz naturel pour les véhicules (CSA-B109-F-14) and with the Natural Gas for Vehicles Installation Code (CSA-B109-14) published by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), excluding only the requirement to obtain an approval from a competent authority or from the body responsible for inspecting boilers and pressure vessels in a province or territory.
The repair, maintenance and inspection of the natural gas supply system shall be done in compliance with the installation codes provided for in the first paragraph or, when the codes cannot be applied, be done in accordance with the codes in force when the supply system is installed.

82. The design, installation, replacement, removal and testing of the compressed natural gas supply system of a road vehicle, and the use of compressed natural gas as the fuel of such vehicle shall be done in compliance with the Code d’installation au gaz naturel pour véhicules (CAN/CSA-B109) and with the Natural Gas for Vehicles Installation Code (CAN/CSA-B109) published by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA).
The repair, maintenance and inspection of the compressed natural gas supply system shall be done in compliance with the Code d’installation du gaz naturel et du propane (CAN/CSA-B149.1) and with the Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code (CAN/CSA-B149.1) published by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), in force when the system is installed, if done before the coming into force of this Regulation and, if installed after such coming into force, in accordance with the Codes in force when the system is installed.
